Corrugators
We supply: Corrugators to manufacture the following types of Cardboard!
2 Ply for Single Face,
3 Ply for Single Wall,
5 Ply for Double Wall, or
7 ply for Triple Wall Cardboard Products.
Corrugator widths. from 1400 mm to 2500 mm wide, with speeds up to 300 metres per minute.
These corrugators can be supplied with any combination of Single Facers, Cassette type or fixed roller.
A full array of Flute Roller Sizes are supplied to each customers requirement.
Starch Mixing Systems
Automatic Starch Kitchen Mixing Systems.
Supplied in various size capacities.
This particular Starch System has a mixing Chamber of 1500 litres.
Mixing and Storage Tanks are made from stainless steel and supplied in sizes as required.
Various KW motor sizes and speeds supplied as required.
Single Facer Cassette
A range of Single Facer Cassettes available in sizes from 1400 to 2500 mm wide, with a full range of Flute Rollers.
Running speeds are up to 300 mpm.
For reduced corrugator down time with fast change over times, preheater units are also available.
High Precision Glue Rollers
High specification glue rollers as used for cold glue Laminating.
As used in the manufacture of High Quality Display Board products, Kraft, Polyester, Foils and Unlined Chipboard.

Crane & Hoist
We supply these units for handling 1-ton Big-Bag of glue powder.

NC Helical Cutters
NC Helical Cutters of different duties supplied to suit each customer's requirements.
A selection of different Powered Motors and Drive Units are available, that best suits your inhouse expertise.
NC Helical Cutters supplied in various widths, from 1400 to 2500 mm.
These NC Helical Cutters can run at speeds up to 300 metres per minute.
They are used in Corrugators, solid board Laminators and various other web materials for Sheeting.
Cutting accuracy to less than +/- 1 mm over the full range.
Rotary Shear Cutter
We supply these cutters for single face and up to triple wall corrugated board.
They are also used for Sheeting various other web materials.
From 1400 to 2500 wide with speeds up to 300 mpm.

Slitter Scorers
Slitter Scores of different duties supplied to suit the customer's requirements.
Supplied in assorted widths from 1400 to 2500 mm.
These Slitter Scorers can run at speeds up to 300 metres per minute.

A range of glue machine widths are available from 1400 to 2500 mm.
They are fitted out with circulating pumps and machine side tanks with automatic level controls supplied as required.
